Mactan Newtown Deluxe Island Breeze

Building is luxus style and Newtown area is made just for tourists. There are all services very near and it’s safe area. Bed is nice, enough pillows and shower works fine. Nice view two direction. Nice host.

Everything works in room, but I think that there is too much everything in room. (Still you can’t get it dark for mornings.) It feels so full and filled a little bit cheap style and the contrast with building is too much. Good possibilities and small changes and they can sell luxus experience. I don’t know is it good business, but still…

Lovely apartment

Good looking apartment complex with apartments being equipped with kitchens so you could cook yourself. In the complex is located a market with coffee shops and restaurants. The pool was really big and had a nice view as it was on 5th floor. Our host was really helpful and responsive.

The private beach was underwhelming they could make it more appealing, add some sun-beds some bar/restaurant service.

The host is super friendly and caring. Always available to answer any question and tried to solve our problems with the AC as soon as possible. The view from the apartment is really nice. The bed is very comfortable and there is an extra AC.

Wi-fi was mostly good. However, it did not work for a while 1 day which was a problem to us as we were working remotely. But I also think this is a problem from the provider and the region rather than the host.
