Hearing the noise of the up neighbor ! I couldn't have a soft sleep

Great location!

Great location, comfy bed, modern bathroom, kitchenette.

Noisy neighbors.

Great location and I was able to get into the room a few hours early

The room is quite small and dated. Many areas could do with a deep clean, particularly the shower area. The cost of the room for 3 days is quite expensive

Location and had everything we needed including fridge and washing machine.

Air conditioner was a little temperamental and washing machine needed instructions as quite different to what we were used to. Also some warning about needing your take luggage up a flight of stairs would have been nice.

Close to Gran Via metro overall a great location.

Very thin walls. I could perfectly hear what other people we're speaking. I had to get the keys from a different location, which is a big inconvenience after a long trip and carrying luggage. Maybe in the future you could bring the keys to the apartment. Poor wifi connection. Very small bathroom.

Pleasant apartment in the city center of Madrid. Bed was comfortable. It was clean.

Small interior studio, old bathroom. Overall, expensive for what you get.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It's just a few metres far from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and on the other side there's the vibrant neighbourhood of Malasana full of restuarants and bars.
