El personal y el trato al cliente han sido nulos, sino completamente pésimos. Surgió una situación previa a la estancia, se le comunicó al hotel y no dieron ninguna opción medianamente satisfactoria para el viajero. Jamás volvería.

The location.

The air conditioning did not function very well. We had to turn off it during one night because it started making noise.

Super clean, amazing central location, had everything I needed. Absolutely wonderful stay!

The walls were very thin so you could hear conversations of neighbors, but people were respectful and were quiet at a reasonable time.

The apartment is located very centrally in the middle of madrid, very close to all the attractions and bars and restaurants, kitchenette included was brill you can cook meals etc and save money if not wanting to eat out. Theirs also a supermarket next door. Staff were very friendly and helpfull.

Seemed to be abit run down in areas, various few lights did not work and flickered, the shower door did not close properly and seemed loose, the showerhead itself leaked in every direction including out the back making showering very difficult without causing tripping hazards all over the bathroom floor. Included wifi was very poor and did not work most of the time, the apartment is next to other residences so noise is an issue especially on a weekend, we couldnt sleep on the last night before our flight at 6am the next day. I appreciate however this is not the apartments fault as in a very central location just wanted to make other travellers aware. Very pricy in my opinion for whats included however im guessing this was a one off bad experience and their other apartments dont have these issues. I would reccomend if these get sorted. No compensation given for the time of our stay which was dissapointing.

The property is located at 3 min walk from Granvia tube station, the apartment has all the facilities and it was quiet during night hours.
