It was a great location and a nice spacious apartment

There was no lift, so up 4 flights of stairs. we had a little trouble with the electricity tripping out and had to contact the host to rectify. They were very helpful

4o piso sin ascensor

Yalnızca konumu güzeldi. Sol meydanı, Gran Via aşırı yakın. Hiç metro kullanmadık. Retiro park, San miguel pazarı, kraliyet sarayı, temple debod yürüyüş alanındaydı. Mutfak alanı kullanışlıydı ve yeterli ekipman vardı.

Öncelikle asansör olmaması sorun olmaz diye düşündüm ancak sıcakta sorun olabiliyormuş hele de valizlerle. Ama bunu yine tolere edebilirdim. Esas sevmediğim haziran ayında bile yorganla yatmak zorunda kalmak. Üzerimize örtmek için ince bir örtü rica ettiğimizde geri çevirdiler. klimayı açın veya nevresimi çıkarıp onu kullanın dediler. Sürekli klimalı ortamda uyumak zorunda değilim. Yataklar aşırı rahatsızdı. Çift kişilik yatak 10 cm kalınlığında bir minder gibiydi. Kanepe ise açıldığında kafanız çukurda ayaklarınız havada kalıyor ve yine çok ince bir minderin üzerinde yatıyorsunuz. 7 gece kaldığımız için bu en büyük sorundu, konforsuz bir ortam. En azında bir pike temin edilebilir. Yatak ve kanepenin değiştirilmesini öneriyorum. Kısa süreli 1-2 günlük seyahatte neyse ama uzun seyahatte kesinlikle rahatsız edici bir deneyime dönüştü. Sokak fahişelerin bekleme noktası imiş hatta bazıları sanıyorum binadaki daireleri de bu amaçla kullanıyor ama bunun kaldığımız evle bir ilgisi yoktu sadece bina giriş çıkışında mutlaka denk geliyorsunuz. Güvenlik açısından bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Rahatsız olabileceklerin aklında olsun.

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. The house was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect, with everything in walking distance.

No lift, but if you are good to climb the stairs, there are no issues!

Loved the location and size of place

The long walk up stairs might want to be noted. We were young so didn’t affect us but can see it being a complaint from someone in future

The drain in the bathroom floods and smells very bad whenever the tap or shower runs for more than a minute. Half of the lights in the apartment - including most in the bedroom - don't work. Although the location was central, the area itself felt very unsafe and there were constantly prostitutes hanging around outside the building.

The flat is fantastic - very well furtnitured, perfect location close to everything in the centre, while on a small calm street. It is very clean and well maintained. Its is nice for single people and couples, rather for children.

The neighbourough next door is making a lot of noise during weekends. Must be taken into account, because organising parties and cannot take a rest easily. Note that you need to climb up to 4th floor without lift - can be a problem for people with reduced mobility, elderly or with small children.
