Nothing other than it seemed close to the metro

There were cockroaches in the kitchen area, it smelled , the flooring was sinking in one location next to the bed on the way into and out of the toilet so completely unavoidable and unsafe, there was exposed wired boxes in the walls. I did not sleep one night in the place. I left after only 2 hours as it took me a while to find alternate accommodation.

nada tiene mal olor hay cucaracha estafar a la gente de una manera muy descarada ofreciendo lugares como este y en sima no hay opción de retractarce si ya no lo quieres

todo excepto la señorita q recibe es amable despues el lugar en si nada tanto que me tuve q ir a la segunda noche y perder el pago

Supermarket across the street, and many convenience shops and cafes nearby! Hostess was very kind and willing to assist in any way possible. Public transport (bus and metro) is just a few minutes away walking.

On arrival, the first thing we noticed were two dead cockroaches in the kitchen area. There's a problem with the floor leading up to the bathroom, it feels like it will give in at any moment, so tread carefully. The heating only worked the first day. The shower is TINY (1m²). I'm 190 cms so maybe it's a "me" problem but I doubt I'm the only one with the issue. The neighbourhood doesn't look very safe (especially at night, although I can't say anything happened to me, even coming back to the apartment very late at night). The neighbours were very loud, even very late at night.
