For the price it was as expected. Other reviews mentioned it being in a bad area but we found it fine and only a bus ride away from the centre of Madrid. It was also opposite a large mercadona which was very handy

Did not seem the cleanest. The walls are very thin therefore we could hear neighbours most of the time and into the night

A taxi driver said the location was troubled but we didn't experience anything in this respect.

Misleading description and a disappointing stay. There is no city view, no landmark view, and no lake view. The only view is to a patio which is more accurately called a common passage to all remaining flats on the ground floor with cloth racks of your neighbors. The A/C smelled so much that we preferred to sleep with the open window to the common passage.
