Location is excellent. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The landlord is very friendly.

The apartment was very clean and well located, just off the busy streets so not too noisy. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and extra pillows. The air conditioning was also good to have.

Inmaculada was very kind and helpful, making it possible for an early and easy check in. The beds, couch and chairs are very comfortable. It was really clean. It was the perfect size and location for a family of four on our first trip to Madrid. Inmaculada had cold bottles of water for us in the refrigerator.

It could be noisy at night, but with the AC on and ear plugs, it was fine. It’s a couple of blocks from Gran Via, so it’s not as busy/noisy, but you get some traffic in the area.

Clean, well furnished and close to all areas

There was scaffolding on building and for two days they were working on wall and had to wake up early
