TOP appartement met garage "Au Franelle"

Besonders hervorzuheben war das voll ausgestattete Kinderzimmer - unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude!

Große Räumlichkeiten, nette Nachbarn, Aufzug, netter Balkon, modische Ibiza Einrichtung, sehr freundlicher & schnell antwortender Vermieter, Weg zum Strand gut (ca 5 Minuten), Haus ordentlich, Blick in den Garten schön Info, für die die gerne richtig dunkel schlafen. Es sind Jealousien ...also Maske mitnehmen! In der Nähe, aber nicht zu hören ist eine coole Restaurant-Bar, 2 Italiener und ein weiteres Restaurant. Ein Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen, zwei Bäckereien ebenfalls. Gute Anbindung an die Öffis: Tram / Bus erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten Uns hat das Einparken Spaß gemacht :-D

Besen und Handfeger wären nett, wg Sand vom Strand :-D Ah und das Schloss müsste mal geölt werden. ;-)

Le propriétaire gentil il est bien expliqué l'appartement est bien propre et bien situé on a passé un bon moment l'appartement bien équipé fauteuil confortable le lit aussi confortable la cuisine bien équipée.🙂

Je trouve que dommage pour le prix de l'appartement pour une nuit qui il n'y a pas de drap et pas de serviette et demande 20 € pour les draps à part 😑

Goede locatie, dichtbij het strand van Mariakerke. Fijne faciliteiten en ruimte. 1 parkeerplaats in de garage en op straat parkeren is ook goed te doen. Aanrader!

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und mit Blick auf Details eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Bewohner des Hauses sind wirklich sehr freundlich zu den Gästen, das finde ich außergewöhnlich. Für Kinder/Jugendliche stehen Spielsachen und eine Nintendo Switch mit vielem Zubehör zur Verfügung. Das W-lan ist wahnsinnig schnell, über 100 Mbits sind normal. Um die Ecke sind mehrere wirklich gute Restaurants. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas eng, daran gewöhnt man sich. Dafür hat man immer ein kühles Auto und einen sicheren Parkplatz. Preis/Leistung hervorragend. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und können die Wohnung vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen. August 2024 und Juli 2025

Large, clean, beautifully arranged appartment. Living room has very nice style. Good to have a private garage. Little balcony was also nice. Kitchen well equipped.

Garage is indeed rather small for a modern car, difficult to park. The key for garage doors doesnt work from outside, someone has to open it from inside. Pity that bedlinnen and towels not included in the price.

The apartment itself is super nice, bright, clean, with a lot of boho decorations which especially my 11y old daughter appreciated a lot. The living room is spacy and comfortable, the bedrooms are cosy, beds big and comfy. Kitchen quite well equiped. Everything was super clean and modern. The host was very nice and responsive. The apartment is located in a quiet street, just 3 min walk to the beach and dunes. Our dog was also very happy.

There were a few things that spoiled the impression. The entrance to the house, the lift and the underground garage have a very unpleasant smell. It´s not the responsability of the owner, but still. The key to the garage did not work, impossible to turn the key in the lock. I had to open the garage from inside to be able to enter the parking. The gate closes automatically again quite fast so by the time I brought the car to the gate, it closed again, so I had to run to the basement again. Easier when you are at least two of you, but I was alone at the beginning of the stay. The parking spot is super narrow, be aware if you have a bigger car. Another thing that cost us a lot of nerves, was the key to the apartment. Difficult to lock, unlock or even put in the key, it required a lot of juggling (and nerves). Perhaps it would be a good idea to change the lock. When we arrived, there was no wifi network, but after a phone call with Frank, the problem was solved and the wifi worked perfectly. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived. Why do I have to unload somebody else´s dishes? Things like salt, pepper and maybe coffee filters would be a nice gesture. It always suprises me when these things are missing in the accommodation where you pay more than 120 eur per night. Many people complain about the fee for bedsheets and towels. In Belgium it´s quite normal, but it was not so obvious at the time of booking. Also, you learn about the guarantee of 250 eur only after you made the booking. Most of these issues can be fixed. It´s a pity, because the apartment itself deserves 10/10 points.
