Excellent location right in the city centre. Easy to find and effortless check in.

Small bed, only two hangers in the wardrobe. For two people it is ok, but I doubt more would fit comfortably. Our towels where in the dryer as was expected but to mu horror, the bathroom doormat was washout together with our body and face towels, which I find disgusting.

La localisation est idéale, au pied du métro Gran via, donnant accès aux principales activités touristiques et commerciales. Commerces de proximité, restaurant et bars à tapas, puerta del sol a 5 minutes à pied. Propreté et sécurité sont au rendez vous. Insonorisation du centre ville très bonne.

L ouverture à distance, la communication pas aussi évidente avec la conciergerie responsable, absence de luminosité naturelle. ( donnant sur un patio interieur avec vitres occultantes) Les photos sont prises en grand angle et l appartement est plus petit que sur le rendu. Si canapé ouvert on ne circule plus. Maximum adéquat pour 2 adultes, idéalement un couple. La cuisine est peu équipée en ustensiles de cuisine si location prolongée. Idéal pour un séjour professionnel court.

-Toilet smell -Apartment Room overlooking the air shaft -Clogged sink -Heating that does not work occasionally -Stained linens -Scratched teflon pans -Messages sent as information are only the guest's to-do list. Many information about the room are missing. -Deposit demands that start days before you check in

The check-in was just great. They allowed me to enter the apartment early in the morning, and it couldn't have been any smoother. Also, the location of the place is almost the Gran Via street, like 20 meters away, close to everything.

The apartment is quite small, all the pics are taken with perspective, so it looks quite spacious, but the truth is that is quite quite small. I traveled alone, and I'm not sure that someone else could've fit and felt comfortable there. Is also worth mentioning, that despite it wasn't advertised, I was expecting for the apartment to have some sort of complementary coffee or tea, but there wasn't any. I did buy some coffee capsules, and left them there for the next guest to enjoy them.
