The location was great, close to the centre and to various metro stations, as well as to Atocha train station. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Communication with the staff was excellent.

The apartment looks on the street that can be really noisy during the night.

Great location with a lot of beds made this ultimately convenient.

Despite being relatively cheap, the condition of this apartment is poor. Needs painting badly, the appliances are cheap and the hood over the stove doesn’t work. There are areas where the floor is coming up, which the owners are clearly aware of, as there have placed, now quite worn, painters tape. The only windows are about 7-8 feet of the ground and feed into a dirty area. The ac units were inconsistent and some functioned below adequacy, plus there weren’t enough remotes.
