"Enjoyable family trip"

This is the 3rd time my family and I have stayed here , kids love the large cool pool. Are us a great hub to get around the city. Balcony is so nice , being so high up it’s really quiet.

"Really disappointed and would never recommend. Booking.com should require a minimum standard."

Only two positives: it was clean and the shower was hot and the pressure was good.

The accommodation is shabbily furnished. Everything about it is cheap. Even the plates were chipped! Total rip off in price. We paid more for this accommodation than we did in a lovely hotel in a better part of Madrid last year, but this year, we needed to be close to Charmartin Station for an early inter city train. The whole building is in a poor state of repair. And as for the pool that appears in the advertising on Booking.com, what pool?! It’s not available for use. This experience has made me question whether we should be using the service of Booking.com. Clearly there’s no minimum standard.

"It was perfect stay for the purpose we had."

The loaciton was very convenient - short walking distance from Chamartin rail station. We arrived by plane, took the train from the airport, slept and departed to Valencia by train again on the next day. We even succeeded to go to Santiago Bernabeu stadium and back by walk (it's was a long walk though). Many small restaurants at walking distance too.

"Very good would use that apartment again when in Madrid"

apartment was very clean and comfortable and it had an excellent balcony. It was very near restaurants and the bus station.

Maybe an extra rubbish bag.

"lovely apartment with a huge pool"

loved the view and the pool nice and quiet

enjoyed it all although feel maybe a stronger air conditioning system would be more beneficial for the Madrid heat.
