Location was good with walking distance to most tourists attractions.

It was a studio with pull down bed called Murphy bed? Thin mattress a bit uncomfortable and small for two older people. Additional bed on pull out sofa good maybe for 1-2 nights. Entrance through the garage. Wi-fi doesn't work inside the apartment.

Muy bien ubicado, está en una pequeña calle sin mucho movimiento, pero caminas una cuadra y estás en Gran Vía y su estación Metro. Tenés todo cerca! Las instalaciones en excelente estado, muy bien equipado,todo funciona excelente.

Todo muy bien. Solo podría citar demasiado cartel sobre penalidades por distintas acciones, que pueden motivar descuento sobre el depósito que te hacen dejar en efectivo. Por supuesto no tuve ningún problema, previa revisión se me devolvió todo.

L'apartament estava força bé. El tracte amb les persones que ens varen atendre va ser bastant deficient. No cuidaren gens la recepció, tot eren normes i exigències i quan vàrem demanar un full de reclamacions ens varen dir que no en tenien i ens donaven un full d'un bloc d'espiral. Estaven allà obeint ordres sense cap tipus d'empatia amb els clients.
