ROThe place itself is wonderful. The view is absolutely great. The facilities are very good with some minor lacks. (Like a hair drier, a coffee machine and an iron)
You can experience no hot water because of the very high consumption in the building. Even the cold water was a problem during some hours, but this is mainly because of the public water supply. Depending on the people that are checked in around you, the experience can be great or excruciating. We had some morons around us and I can't describe how the feeling is when at midnight they started and played music extremely loud, then before 6 AM again. During the nights they started to fight and argue and slam the doors. By the way, slamming the doors was a national sport during the night. Every f***ing hour. The police is not doing anything, of course. We have a small child and that was absolutely not ok with what happened. So this is more like a heads up for couples with kids. The experience can be very different, depending on the people who are checked in. There's also something with the walls. Even if they are not made of drywall, you can hear very well other people talking if they are talking louder.

BEGood experience overall. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very nice apartment, clean and confortable. Close to the beach. Lake view ( really nice and quiet). I recommend it!
