Washing machine broken, dirty floors and bathroom with mold, shower floor dirty, matrass very old and bead broken, we slept on the floor, We desinfect and clean all before settling in,

It wasn’t cleaned properly. Maintenance of the apartment was poor. No soap/shampoo until I requested them. Insufficient towels (no face towels). The ones received after requesting them were worn down.

UAStayed in the apartments for 2 days. Despite the late check-in, we were greeted by the owner and gave the keys. Very clean and pleasant apartments. Everything is very comfortable. Large apartment area. Great balcony. Sea view. I recommend
