Super Lage. Super unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Schöne Wohnung. Beste Lage in Perast, da weniger Touris (und Hotels). Direkt unten vor der Tür ein nettes Cafe. Nette Nachbarin. Schöne Außenterasse. Keine 50m zum Wasser (maximal), man kann mit Badesachen von der Wohnung zur Wasserkante gehen. Glasklares Wasser mit sehr vielen Fischen. Unsere Kinder waren eigentlich den ganzen Tag im Meer.

Widok na zatokę,porządek i czystość w obiekcie,wygoda oraz bardzo pomocni i przyjaźni właściciele.

Lokacija je dobra i raspored soba.

Skuplji je smestaj čak duplo od svih okolo za tu kvadraturu objekta, a nije nam obezbedio suncobran i ležaljke zbog čega smo i uplatili letovanjei i sto svaki vlasnik obezbedjuje u Perastu. Ostavili su nam pokvareni mali suncobran u ormaru za koji su nam rekli tek treci dan, a nije ni radio. Ves smo kačili na zardjali štender za veš. Ispod tog smestaja u istom objektu za istu kvadraturu i kupatilom vise imate za 100evra apartman i lezaljke i suncobran, s e obezbedjeno.

Location , outside terrace, friendly neighbours. Short distance to some very good bars and restaurants.

After a long journey it would have been nice if there had been a 'welcome' pack i.e. bottled water, bottle of wine (!) and a few coffee pods that fitted the machine (those there did not!). No documentation giving information on the immediate area and beyond, best places to visit, nearest large supermarket , bus timetable. Would have been nice if there were a couple of portable chairs available that you could just take over the road to the water front.

The location. Wonderful.

We had frequent power outages. One lasted 15 hours. This took down our WiFi, which is essential for us. We heavily depend on this to maintain regular contact with Australia and the UK. Our hosts can't be held responsible for this, they were in a similar position to us. The authorities don't give any warning beforehand. It appears the infrastructure in Montenegro is inadequate to meet the demand for electricity and you should consider this aspect before booking any accommodation in Montenegro. The country is beautiful but keep this in mind before booking anywhere.
