The location is unbeatable but that is about it. The apartment has one seaview window which is special.

Don't be fooled. The people that meet you at the parking lot do not own the property but are merely agents. We, and many others have been misled on this. The beds are poor-quality memory foam. The apartment is much smaller, infact you can barely squeeze around the bed, and darker than the pictures as the windows are tiny with just one seaview. The property was not clean upon arrival yet we were charged for a full clean upon departure. The garden was in a really bad state too.

It was a wonderful location with a spacious living area and outside area. My children adored the neighborhood cats. The beds were comfortable and the AC kept it well chilled

The bidet hose has a hole in it and can squirt you in the face. Careful
