"Very convenient for golfers but the house needs a bit of TLC."

Beautiful views and house layout.

Rooms smelled damp and muggy. Doors could not open and were a struggle to open. Patio doors were broken. No toiletries although the listing says there were.

Good views Very spacious All necessities for the home available ( cutlery, crockery etc) Clean pool and outside spaces Animals around and at the Waterberg across Good for a big group Nice braai and boma areas

- safety issues make it difficult to relax - ⁠general maintenance( doors wouldn’t open , toilets looked dirty ,cupboards smelt of mould) - ⁠sheets were off white and spotty

Setting.... perfect!!!

Pool pump needs to be on a timer. The jets in the gas hob need to be cleaned. All the wooden doors... hinges need to be reset or the doors need to be shaved. As an elderly couple we chose room 1, BUT had to move to room 2 with two single beds.... because the patio doors could not open.

Great spot to switch off and just relax. Had all that we needed.

Unfortunately some maintenance issues. Stacking door onto patio in main house did not work and fridge door had some issues. But I am sure that will be fixed in due course

The space and the location was amazing the only down is the gravel road and the doors don’t seem to work well however we had an amazing stay and the just was attentive and amazing.
