La casa era molto bella, ben attrezzata e situata in una zona tranquilla.

Il soffitto al primo piano era molto basso, infatti per le persone alte potrebbe essere scomodo perché sarebbero costretti a stare piegati. Il problema principale per noi però è stato il bagno, era molto piccolo, senza finestre e l'acqua della doccia impiegava molto tempo a riscaldarsi.

Host lady was really nice, she gave us fresh produce from her garden and despite not understanding each other we had good conversation. The location is great, close to the center and in a nice town. The apartment was small, but cozy, with AC and two smaller TV's. It is perfect for two people for a week stay.

The internet was not working. It is not suitable for people taller than 185+ cm since the ceiling in the bedroom is low and the shower is very small. There were also no spices available. Overall, nothing major, but consider the additional costs. For the price, the stay is very worth it.

Pros: Good location, host met us early to check in

Negative: This house is infested with mold, and smelled of mold and urine. The hosts did nothing more than give us a couple cleaning supplies and spray bleach, which changed nothing. On the last night, we opened the air conditioner, to find it filled with mold (see photo). Host refused to offer a refund, despite the mold's impact on our stay and health. Many emails and calls with Booking were worthless - they did nothing to support us. We had to get help from our credit card company. Do not stay here. I will never work with Booking again. Also, the upstairs has very low ceiling - almost hit the head of my 5'10 husband.

Check-in felt really personal and thoughtful, like meeting family! Patrizia met us in the square and took us to the apartment, we also met Nonna next door who was really friendly and keen to welcome us despite language barriers! The apartment is in a great location and feels like you're staying among the locals. Excellent value. The external gate to the complex made it feel extra safe. Great communication with Patrizia and flexible check-in / luggage storage options.
