O imóvel é muito bom. Extremamente bem localizado. Você está a umas quatro quadras da regiao da Graça, onde você já pode acessar ótimos pontos turisticos e daí a Alfama. É, por outro lado, uma região bem silenciosa, então você nãoo tem barulho de.bares ou caminhões. Tem uma excelente vista.

A escada. Infelizmente para quem já é um pouco idoso, ela tem seu peso. São quatro lances de escada ou 54 degraus. Quem é jovem ou de meia meia idade, gosta de esportes, nao é sedentário, tira de letra.Para meus 60 anos foi um pouco cansativo, mas sobrevivemos. Claro, andar mais alto tem suas vantagens, menos barulho, melhor a vista. Mas apartamentos assim são típicos de Lisboa, são as chamadas mansardas. Sugiro a administração apenas fazer o reboco das pequenas rachaduras, não que afetem o imóvel, e nem porque não aparecem nas fotos, mas porque nos lembram da possibilidade do terremoto em Lisboa. Isso sim não é bom nem para quem viaja, nem para quem aluga.

Wasn’t as central as the other areas, air con could be better

The apartment is located in a charming and central neighborhood, and at first glance it seems like a cozy Lisbon stay.

Unfortunately, a number of details turned the experience into a rather disappointing one. 1. The apartment is on the third floor of an old building with a very narrow staircase and no elevator. This was nowhere clearly stated. 2. After confirming the reservation, we were charged an extra €200, allegedly due to commissions that were not reflected transparently in the price shown during booking. This felt misleading. 3. We arrived after 10 PM and were charged €40 for late check-in, simply for someone to hand us the keys. You could put a key box and save everyone’s time and nerves. 4. The entire apartment is covered with notes and warnings about charges for towels, damages, etc. The tone makes you feel decidedly unwelcome, as if you are expected to cause problems from the moment you walk in. 5. Despite paying €100 cleaning fee, guests are asked to take out the trash themselves. 6. The apartment was quite cold in December. There are two heaters: one is fixed to the wall in a corridor, is extremely noisy and barely warms the corridor, while the other is too weak to heat even a small room. In summary, the location is lovely and the building has potential, but all these details create a lingering feeling that every step comes with an extra charge or inconvenience. Instead of feeling at home, you feel like you’re constantly being monitored and upsold.

The location was quite a way from the centre and walking involved some steep hills. We expected this when we booked. It was a quiet area and not very touristy which was good. Marta who met us when we arrived was very helpful.

We delayed giving the host an arrival time because we were unsure of our plans but did inform them a day in advance. We were met by Marta but when we entered the property at 17.00 it had not been cleaned. We had to leave and walk around for another hour after walking round Lisbon all day when we were quite tired and looking forward to sitting down and relaxing. Some of the furnishings are a bit shabby. The dining room chairs have split coverings and the coffee table surface was quite worn. We expected better for the price.

Wspaniałe miejsce! Super wyposażone, wygodne, w dobrej lokalizacji. Mieszkanie bardzo jasne i z pięknym widokiem!

Wszystko było super

The windows were big and beautiful, they let in a lot of natural light and a cooling breeze. The area was quiet and away from large crowds. It was very peaceful.

The cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The garbage and recycling was missed, as well as the decorative pillow shams were a bit dirty. I mentioned it to management and they were very apologetic. I’m sure it’s not a regular occurrence and someone was maybe just having an off day.

Everything was perfect

Se encuentra en el barrio de Alfama que está muy bien conectado: con el bus 735 llegas fácilmente al centro.

-El dormitorio tiene una cama un poco pequeña para dos personas (es cierto que mi marido es un hombre alto). -El aire acondicionado no está centralizado y en estas fechas de calor se echa de menos aire en todo el piso. -No tuvimos renovación de toallas en los 7 días que estuvimos (había un único juego por persona).
