Buena ubicación

Escaleras imposibles (si vais con un niño no os alojéis ahí) La puerta de entrada al apartamento estaba podrida, tenía algunos desperfectos, le hace falta mantenimiento. Edificio muy antiguo.

La ubicación es inmejorable, el apartamento super bien equipado, exterior y muy luminoso y en una calle tranquila sin apenas tráfico.

El aspecto del edificio desde fuera antes de entrar al apartamento. Es un edificio viejo y no te esperas el confort del apartamento.

"Ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt! LEBENSGEFAHR!"

Gute Lage und Aldi in der Nähe.

Das Mini-Appartment ist in einem desolaten Zustand. Das Gebäude ist völlig runtergekommen, die Wohnung ist nicht sauber, die versprochene Zustattung nur in Teilen vorhanden. Kein Toaster, kein Mixer, kein Sandwichmaker. Strom ist nicht stabil und es gibt offene Leitungen; Lebensgefahr! In der letzten Nacht gab es Mäuse in der Küche; ekelhaft. Schlechter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Es stinkt nach Abfluss und das Treppenhaus hat einige lose Stufen.
