It was very central to metro and facilities

The accommodation was shabby and the stairs up to the apartment were really dangerous with at least two of the stairs being rotten,if you fell you would certainly sustain serious injuries

The hot water would not be there sometimes, we tried to communicate with the property but he would not give us timely feedback, he said he would make an appointment for a technician but it would take a long time, which is after you leave, so we had to use cold water for the shower, same problem with the lights, there is an extra charge to change the towels or something else , in addition the check in time is not flexible, without of that time-slot is an extra charge, the check in time you need to make an appointment with the property in advance, otherwise you will be waiting downstairs until he arrives!

Amazing location, nice bathroom and kitchen, the room was clean but...

Unfortunately I would not visit again because the place is infested with bed bugs. Crawling near / on the bed, I woke up with bed bugs walking over me. The sheet also had weird red spots. If it weren't for that I would be leaving a completely positive review. Also as others have mentioned, the stairway has some broken steps and there is no light at the night so you need to be careful since the room is in the 2nd floor

Our stay at this rental was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we encountered several issues that significantly affected our experience. We asked to check in one hour earlier because of our travel plans with the baby, but the host refused to accommodate our request. Nobody informed us that the washing machine was broken. We asked the host for help, and they promised to send a technician, but nobody came to fix it. The worst part of our stay was the staircase. The stairs in the traditional houses in Lisbon are very steep, which is normal. However, some of the stairs were broken and extremely dangerous. Lastly, the entry area was filled with enormous dead cockroaches. I do not recommend this rental because the management is poor, the host is unresponsive, and there are many safety and hygiene issues.

Excellent location. Only a few minutes walk from Avenida metro station and Rossio is also walkable. Quiet street. ALDI supermarket nearby.

Dark narrow old wooden staircase to reach the appartment on the second floor. Wardrobe in the bathroom is not the most convenient.

the apartment was very small, but clean, several details would need to be fine-tuned, such as fuses blowing when the oven is turned on, a broken shower handle, the smell of waste, non-functional lighting in the staircase of the house, broken stairs. The apartment was well equipped with towels and cosmetics as well as crockery, but the basic ingredients for cooking were missing, such as salt or oil, apparently cooking is not expected in the kitchen. the location is very good, there is a grocery store and bus and subway stops nearby. a perfect starting point for trips around Lisbon. it is a 15-minute walk to the sea via a nice walk through the city center.

The stairs to go to our apartment. 2 stairs are very shaky and not good condition. They were not safe.

I loved the way this apartment is so small in space, yet it includes anything you may need. It is very well equipped and well preserved and pretty. The person in charge who welcomed us was very nice, even though he had to wait for us till midnight. The metro line that leads to the heart of the center is 7' on foot approximately. A nice supermarket is around 4' away.

There was no storage room after check out, and this could be a problem, but thankfully, you may leave your stuff in lockers at the main train station or in lockers in a few of the metro stations downtown. The stairs to reach the apartment are a bit tricky. Also, you need a torch cause there is no light in that part of the building.
