Lage direkt am Wasser. Zwei separate Bäder. Grosser Wohn-/Küchebereich. Guter Service, schnelle Antworten und Reaktion. Bequeme Betten.

Etwas umständlicher Zugang. Nicht barrierefrei, was uns nicht betroffen hat. Kein ausreichender Parkplatz (zu schmal). Nicht sonnig. Zweimal Sicherung ausgefallen.

Your Private Harbour is simply perfect! Spacious, beautifully furnished, with breathtaking lake views from the balcony. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, and the kitchen has everything you need. The private little pier just steps away is magical — whether for a swim or just enjoying the view. Truly a 10/10 experience!

Asuntoon on hankala päästä painavien matkatavaroiden kanssa. Avaimet haetaan kahdesta eri paikasta. Auto täytyy jättää pitkän matkan päähän kadulle, koska asunnon parkkiruutuun sopii vain todella pieni auto.

I stayed in 8 different locations on my recent holiday and this place had the best mattress. The communication from the staff was exceptional. Being right in the water was lovely.

The number of stairs down to this property was difficult to manage. I mean A LOT and with a heavy suitcase it was something you really had to work hard to manage. If you have a smaller suitcase it’s less of an issue. Bring insect spray and repellent.

The property managers were very responsive to our questions and had a website that explained everything we needed to know about the location, check in, things to do in the area, and nearby restaurants. The instructions on getting to the apartment were very clear because it's in a lower part of the complex, but the lakeside view was well worth all the effort to get there. The apartment was well-appointed, very airy, with a beautiful lakeside view, and direct access to the lake. We joined a wedding party staying at a five-star hotel a few meters away, and they said our place was more comfortable! 🙂

There was a slight issue with the coffee machine but the property manager was very responsive and we were able to use it after several tries. We didn't use the airconditioner in the living room because there was an unpleasant smell coming from it when you turn it on, but thankfully the breeze from the lake kept the apartment cool enough.

It was spacious.

As all the other guests said , Entrance was very very complicated. You needed 4-5 keys to get in to the house and had to Go down a long corridor and stairs which was really tough with 3 big suitcases. No parking on the premise had to walk to parking. There was no blanket, just sheets ? I don’t know why. Balcony was smaller than we thought. Looks nice in picture.

Lovely Apartment just like its photos. Wonderful views of Lake Como. Apartment clean and well equipped. RentAllComo staff very approachable and responded to any issue promptly and professionally.

Complicated self check in. Very steep stairs at different points on the journey down to get to the apartment with young children and elderly parents. Needed a tumble dryer for April rainy days. Would recommend a car is needed for this apartment due to its proximity to other facilities.

the apartment is super clean and modern and has a fantastic view of the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had very good A/C. very good communication from host.

There is no shop within walking distance. If we stayed here again we would have to get a car.
