4 Bedroom Apartment on the City Center

Very near the metro and buses. Can easily walk down to the port too. Good choice of places to eat.

Be aware of Lisbon being large and very busy when the cruise liners are in.

A lovely apartment. Clean, AC was so great, a lovely living room and balconies. So close to metro! We walked from the apartment on the day we had to explore and it was great.

The road is under major construction and it was never mentioned even after I asked about the easiest way to park/unload my kids and our luggage. Google isn't aware of the construction and kept taking us right to it. Would have been nice to know beforehand. There is also a big renovation happening across the street - the noise was not an issue for us at all and it seems that there are super strict laws about when they can start/have to stop. If you wanted to spend the day in the apartment (why would you do that!? go explore!), it might be an issue. Parking was further than we would have liked, but not very expensive and not a huge issue.

Property was so central (2 mins from metro, walkable to the very centre of lisbon) and beautifully decorated. As a friend group of 8, it exceeded all of our expectations for the price and is fairly student friendly. Is very close to supermarkets (e.g. Lidl) and typically 10 min walks from good restaurants and rooftop bars. The hosts reply very quickly and Bernardo greeted us at the apartment. He had some great recommendations and answered all of our questions about Lisbon nightlife, nature and travel.

Great service from Vasco and his nephew that were always available whenever we needed anything. Great location, I recommend!

We stayed 3 nights. The host was friendly, attentive and responded quickly to messages/questions but failed to have the safe open until half our stay was over. Convenient location - 2 metro stops from the city center, close to Alfama neighborhood, and many good restaurants including Ramiro. Apartment had lots of character, lots of windows/sunlight, and a spacious living/dining area. There were 6 beds and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate our group of 5.

We failed to thoroughly check for bed bugs when we checked in. 1 guest saw black dots on the white sheets on the 2nd day. 3 of the 5 guests had bites on the 2nd/3rd day and we thought they were mosquito bites. Turned on the lights the morning we checked out and found bed bugs crawling on the pillow/sheets/wall of the far right back room. The itchiness and the inconvenience of the situation ended our trip on a horrible note, worrying that we were carrying the bugs back home to our families. We notified our host immediately - he was apologetic and it sounded like he was taking care of the bugs with his cleaning team. We also contacted customer service at booking.com and they worked with the host to provide a ~24% refund of our accommodation.
