"Very bad stay and even worse customer support"

Location was ok

Moldy walls, deep moldy smell (for which I had to go to the doctor because I’m algeric to mold), no carpet, dirty sofa with NO upholstering, only source of heating was through 2 plug-in radiators which didn’t help at all

Nothing as we can't stay in of the BAD condition of property

The keys need to be collected from agent in one part of Lisbon and apartment in another side. When we arrive strong dump smell in all apartment, in bedroom all wall in mold and crushed, in bathroom water on the floor coming somewhere behind the toilet. Contact agent they said we can't do anything, will back to you on Tues after 2 days, nobody back of course, I Contact them again to check the situation they said maybe tomorrow. On Wednesday, they put my phone number in block, Worst experience ever NOT RECCOMMEND.

The photos on the app doesn’t show reality :( Washing machine was broken and toilet had some water coming out every time you use it, lots of rusty around Really hot only one little fan, for anyone thinking on rent don’t recommend arriving at night really difficult to find building .
