São Jorge Apartments Suítes

Great location

Lovely aparthotel in the center of Lisbon. So close to all the landmarks like Rossio and historical centre and very safe! Went with family and will come back. There is breakfast places nearby and very good restaurants. The apartments are spacious, clean and have AC. They also allow pets and were very welcoming! Jorge was very helpful in providing tips on must see places! Overall lovely stay and would recommend!

Charming place with tall ceilings, and two bathrooms, which was helpful for our family of five. The unit was large and had a great loft with a couch up top which was perfect for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee and still being around with the family. Great location with easy drop off right at the front door. This was one of three places we stayed in Portugal, the communication and check-in process was the easiest.

De locatie was opzich goed, vlak bij het centrum en veel beziensvaardigheden. De wijk was minder prettig, je kreeg een onveilig gevoel. De kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Het is jammer dat je op de begane grond geen daglicht krijgt, omdat de luiken dicht waren. Jorge is heel vriendelijk en hij stuurde ons veel informatie over wat je kunt bezichten, waar je kan eten.

The apartment is located in small street near Martim Moniz square which is a transport hub for tramway transport and metro is nearby. Our first experience when we arrived at night was pretty scary as the neighborhood was full of small groups of Bangladesh/ Hindi descent. However during the day is turnout to be very friendly, safe and full of small shops with souvenirs, food & drinks. Apartment itself was spacious with two bathrooms and small balcony. There was also internal terrace where you could chillout and eat breakfast, but it was to chilly to take advantage of it. Service was good with fresh towels and some cleaning being done each day. The only minus was that the entire building is a bit acoustic and you hear neighbors upstairs walking and sometimes some bits of conversations in rooms near you. Otherwise the price to quality ratio and the fact it is located near Alfama and Saint Jorge castle makes it great destination.

We stayed at the apartment "Sun Terrace" with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (and bed in the living room). The spacious apartment was clean and gave a good impression when opening the door the first time. After some time in the apartment you will see that effort has been put into renovation, but the finish/ workmanship was done practical. The apartment is located in an area with lots of Chinese/ Indian stores, conveniently near the city center and public transport. The owner connects well via WhatsApp, provides tips and responds swiftly.

The apartment is located in the heart of Mouraria, where fado music was born. You can walk for jours taking in local culture, admiring architecture and local food.

Large apartment with kitchen, large TV, excellent free Wi-Fi and private bathroom in the center of Lisbon, has air conditioning and heating, dining table. I walked to all the tourist sites (Rossio, Chiado, Castelo de São Jorge, Alfama and Bairro Alto), the metro and the famous tourist tram 28 are very close. Ramiro Restaurant and other good restaurants nearby. I loved it and Mr Jorge is very helpful, he also accepts pets here, I will be back soon with my cat and dog.

Fantastic, big and renovated apartment in the centre of Lisbon, very close to Rossio, Chiado, São Jorge castle, Alfama , museums, also very close to the famous electric station 28 and underground. The apartment has an equipped kitchenette, private toilets, big led tv, a dining table, comfortable beds. Daily cleaning and a lot of cafés, restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. The neighbourhood is safe, and close to everything- i managed to walk to all the main touristy places! So location is amazing! The owner of the property, Jorge, was very nice and always available for help. He had great recommendations and was very helpful in making our stay exquisite.

The Sao Jorge Apartments are close to public transit and also a a short walk to the tourist areas of Lisbon. The area is very busy in the daytime, with a lot of women(ladies of the night perhaps?) talking loudly all night long. You cannot sleep peacefully at night. The apartments are worn down and need a refresh. The larger apartments attract loud groups who would like to party at all hours.
