EVERYTHING , was nothing like it was advertised,very steep & dangerous stairs into the apartment ,kitchen & shower room in the same room a sliding shutter door that was broken separating them ,poor facilities ,the two balconies that were advertised were about a foot in width ,ANTS everywhere ,phoned the owner in then next morning to say we’re leaving as we couldn’t stay any longer ,we were originally meant to be there for 5 nights ,we paid 540 euros for this apartment ,we have messaged the owner 3 times with no response ,.

Everything was ok at this apartment. The location is very good, quiet, the apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The hosts were wonderful, David and his mother helped us with everything we needed. We recommend this accommodation.

Just an advice: the bathroom could use a little more attention and a little redoing.

As a woman solo traveler I felt very safe in this location, although all of Lisbon was very safe. One day I forgot my key and David, my host who was always available at his parents mecado, was able to let me in without a problem. Also I asked David to get me a Lisbon taxi, not an UBER because they are not always dependable, for a 5:30am trip to the airport, and he did and they arrived at my doorstep.

This isn't all that bad but the apartment is in a area where the access by car is limited. It is a low emmission control area. If you hire an UBER they will not take you to your door they will drop on Poco de Negro which is a short walk up the hill. Lisbon Taxis will take you to the door.( they have an access card, ubers do not) took me awhile to figure this out. The bathroom could be updated. Better coffee maker would help. All in all, it was enjoyable for my 2 week stay.

Located in a lovely neighbourhood. The view from the balcony is amazing. The hosts were great and allowed me to keep my bags after checking out. The apartment has an vintage feeling which just matches with the city.

The shower was quite small. There was a washing machine, but no washing detergent to found. Even though I ended up not needing to wash my clothes, I think for future guests it might be an annoyance to have to go buy.
