This property was perfect, very clean and spacious with plenty of room for a family of 6!

The elevator did not work, we was on the top floor (4) with children and shopping this eventually became a daunting task.

Location was great, and check-in with Danilson was smooth and helpful. He even took the time to show us tips on how to use the lift properly and what to do in case of an emergency. We really appreciated that, especially since carrying luggage up to the 4th floor using the stairs would have been very difficult.

The shower drain was clogged, and our check-out experience felt uncomfortable. There seemed to be a miscommunication between the office and the cleaning staff regarding our agreed check-out time. We confirmed a 1 PM check-out, but the cleaning staff arrived around two hours early while we were not yet back at the apartment, and they began cleaning with our belongings still inside. The next guests also arrived while we were still on the property, which added to the discomfort. It would have been better if the schedule and communication had been coordinated properly to avoid this situation.

Ubicación excelente. Paralela a una de las avenidas principales y vecina un hotel de 5 estrellas, 3 restaurantes y 2 cafeterías por lo que la iluminación navideña era preciosa, había buen ambiente pero sin ruido. Zona muy segura. Nos permitia hacer una pausa a media tarde y coger fuerzas para un paseo tardío. En el restaurante de en frente "Leitaria da Anunciada" el personal es encantador. Camas comodisimas y ropa de cama perfecta. Cocina bien equipada con dos vajillas. Cafetera de capsulas, horno, microondas, lavavajillas y lavadora. Contaba con productos de limpieza e incluso pastillas de lavavajillas. Salón súper amplio y cómodo. Calefacción y aire acondicionado en las cuatro estancias. Decorada con gusto y llena de detalles de artesanía portuguesa: cuadros, cerámica, vajilla, textiles y pared... Limpieza de 10. Perfecto para 6 e incluso 7 personas (en el cuarto de dos camas había una 7⁰ cama plegada que utilizamos para abrir la maleta

El ascensor, súper lento, solo subía al 3⁰ piso siendo el nuestro un 4⁰ Echamos de menos almohadas más mullidas. Un pequeño armario en el cuarto de dos camas lo haría perfecto
