Central heating hours (only during winter): Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will take place at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the property. IMPORTANT: This single-family apartment is offered for seasonal rental, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Planning Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great location"

Great location, clean apartment, great price and we felt opening the door on an app was easy and convenient for us.

Submitting our passport details on the app felt a bit dodgy. We also were not happy with the credit card deposit and the amount of time it took for the money to be returned. We were told by messages the apartment isn't officially checked when you leave, so the next customers could cause damage and you could be charged for it. Whilst opening the door was easy for us, those who struggle with technology would not be able to stay here. There's 'no tourist' graffiti inside, which I can understand why, but not very inviting.

Ubicacion

Limpieza deficiente. Además, la cerradura electrónica de la puerta se abría sola durante la noche, de manera que la puerta quedaba abierta. Imperdonable habiendo pagado más de 700 euros por 3 noches.

"Slightly disappointing but enjoyed our break"

Location was close enough walking distance to main attractions Terrace would be nice during the Summer

Wasn’t very clean - there were small black hairs on bedsheets and on the couch. Neighbours in the apartment block were having a very loud party and can hear people in pubs/on the street shouting during the night. Advertise coffee machine however don’t supply the filters or ground coffee to accompany. Very hidden that you must pay a €200 deposit, they will send you a message about it day before your stay. It is painted on the wall next to the apartment door “tourist go home” which isn’t very welcoming and made us slightly uncomfortable- see picture Lounge doesn’t comfortably accommodate the amount of people the apartment can sleep.

La aplicación que se debe descargar me pareció compleja, luego el deposito y la limitación de basuras o cobran extra si uno se pasa de una bolsa. Lo mejor es la ubicación.
