Moderno apart centro

I like the kitchen was well equipped. There were extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, soap, even toothpaste. Dishwasher was a big help and nice surprise to us. Generally it was very clean. The only missing thing was lack of an electric kettle. We liked the vicinity, but this is a personal thing as the neighbourhood is colourful and full of life at night. A lot of restaurants and shops open almost all time. Big plus were also the ACs in each of two rooms: they are often mentioned in the offers, but either the AC is not working or is working but not cooling. During our stay the remote control to the light stopped working, but it wasn't a problem. You want batteries, you find them, you need a peg to dry your t-shirt, there are some in the drawers. Those small things make travellers life easier. You want to go out in two groups? No problem, there are two sets of house keys to share.

Brilliant location close to Renia Sofía, Prado, train station and easy walking distance to Plaza Mayor and the main sights. Loads of great bars and restaurants in the surrounding streets too. Julio was a brilliant host - very helpful and quick to reply. The apartment is well equipped too.

Nothing we really liked our stay! But could be a little tight for a bigger group, more than 3.

We had some miscommunication about checking in but were eventually able to meet the cleaning lady to store our luggage and get the keys.

Perfect location, close to everything; spacious and clean appartment; simple checkin process.

A bit noise on the street and noisy neighbours, but nothing terrible. I would suggest to add small trash bin to the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable. The apartment was recently updated and had a modern kitchen and bathroom and new windows. There was a large window opening onto a french balcony in the bedroom and living room which made the apartment feel airy.

There was a lot of noise from a local bar and from traffic. Even with the windows closed I needed good ear plugs to sleep.

A lovely little apartment in a road not far from Atocha Kids loved the bunk beds Great set up for a movie in the evening, if that's your thing Restaurante El Roble nerby is great too

Getting the keys was a bit of a faff. Would be no issues whatsoever without two tired kids in tow though....

First floor apartment on back street near busy evening area. Good for three adults. Recently refurbished.

Location. The apartment is very clean. The host is wonderful, polite, understanding and very helpful.

Blackout curtain in the bedroom would be great. Probably a couple of more air fresheners .
