- the property was advertised as two bedrooms but in reality it was one bedroom which had an ensuite and pull out bunk beds from the wall in the dining area - the bunk beds were not pulled out and the ladder not down - while the bunk beds were down there was no access to the dining table - there was no privacy at all for the people in the supposed "second bedroom" - the only access to bathroom was via the bedroom - two shelves of the freezer were full with goods belonging to the owner - the owner's underwear was in the washing machine - by the time we set up the beds, hung out the owner's washing, and rearranged the freezer so we had some space it took up valuable holiday time but no compensation was offered by the owner for this inconvenience - key pick up was advertised as close by but it was actually 300m away one way (so 600m return), which is very inconvenient with luggage - there was no water from 2:30 p.m. till around 5:30 a.m. on the last day. While this was through no fault of the owner, it impacted our stay.

Great Location for us One of our priorities was to visit the famous art galleries which are within walking distance of the flat. The main train station (which we used for a visit to Toledo) is also within a short walk. Well Equipped Flat

Ideal flat for a couple with one ensuite bedroom. There are two bunk beds but these are in the shared communal space.

The property is in a bustling neighborhood in the heart of Madrid. Extremely close to bus and train stations. Many restaurants of all types and cuisine and markets around. Easy check in and check out. The apartment was spotless and has anything you need from a nice shower to coffee maker and iron. The communication with the host was always prompt and efficient.
