WHome Av da Liberdade Deluxe Apartment with AC and Parking

Its a beautiful apartment.The delightful and helpful young woman who met us at the property tried to mediate all the difficulties on our behalf. WHome are lucky to have her.

Although a beautiful apartment, the facilities and functioning of this “delux” apartment are extremely disappointing. The description is inaccurate on Booking.com as well as other related rental platforms ( Holala). The same issues I cite below were highlighted in the reviews going back over 2 years, but none of these problems appear to have been taken seriously or addressed by the WHome Team. 1. Address shown is incorrect and caused some frustration/ time wasted – actual street number is 141, Rua das Portas de Santo Antao. 2. A/C does not work/ or not at all effective. I contacted the management Team – no action taken. Central Lisbon is noisy when windows are opened, plus risks an invasion of mosquitoes. 3. There is NO "Wellness" No Hamam, NO Gymn, NO hot tub, but most importantly NO swimming pool. 4. Shower still floods bathroom floor – and tiny bathmats provided are insufficient to mop up daily flooding. 5. No City view from this first-floor apartment – it is a Street view. 6. Second key was requested – no response. A minimum of 2 keys would be expected. A simple solution could be installing a key box/ or access code for the actual apartment front door! For an apartment of this calibre, you would expect a little more in basic kitchen supplies – there was simply a handful of coffee capsules and sachets of sugar, a little salt and pepper. For a five night stay one would also expect a change of towels?! We were given one bath towel per person! When booking this apartment in March 2026 I specifically chose it because it advertised a swimming pool. Mobility challenges nesessitate swimming as part of my daily routine. On arrival we discovered no pool. Managing agents WHome accepted no responsibility for this inaccurate description. Defensive and inconsistent they blamed Booking. Finally, WHome did offer a 10%, then a 15% reduction. I have not received this as I write this review.

Great apartment , close to shops, restaurants etc, apart from being offered drugs every 100 meters it was a nice place.

I felt that the management really lets this place down, Just came across as cold and pushy . Every opportunity they used as an excuse to get more money from us. Asked could we drop are bags off as we were early yes 50 euro/ even suggested that we book the day before we arrived to get in earlier/ We got one towel each to last four days , we ask was there anymore..yes 15 euro each towel ( no washing machine on site)/ they suggested a pick up from the airport , we agreed but it was 1.5 hours late when a angry women throws our bags in the back and drove like a bat out of hell- no hello or goodbye, plus charged us 35 euro for a 12 euro ride. They wouldn't reply to basic questions . they really soured a simple short break. Used Airb&b lots/ never in-counted this before or since

Beautiful high end property in convenient locatation

Was a bit surprised we had to pay a refundable security deposit of €500 plus the city tax costs again before the entry code was released which left us in a bit of a panic on our arrival!Having said this-the appointment was beautiful with lots of high end finnishing touches which €500 would not of covered if damaged so there was more of an element of trust than 1st thought & the €500 deposit was refunded as promised within 8 days of leaving.

Aan het appartement ontbreekt niets, alles is in orde en het is zeer hygiënisch.

De faciliteiten zoals omschreven (zwembad, fitness etc) waren in onderhoud. Dit was niet vooraf vermeld. Dit stelde ons teleur maar hierin wordt geen compensatie geboden.

Briliant position and very comfortable appartment.

A bit of water leakage in one of the bathrooms cabin was a small issue, as the floor is wet after using the shower

Super modern, clean, excellent communications.

Address is inaccurate in booking.com. AC is not strong. Bathtub design makes water splashing onto the floor a lot
