The apartment was beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable, stylish and in a perfect spot to enjoy the best of Lisbon. Beds were really comfortable which is always important for us. It is near to the local subway, buses, trams and train terminals, walkable to the river so everything very convenient. There are shops, patisserie, bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes so a great location - even an Aldi supermarket within a 10 min walk. The apartment has AC and all the amenities you would need including a washing machine and reliable wifi and a smart TV.

Building work going on next door but not early or late and although the pool was great, the gym equipment wasn't working - the treadmill didn't work, the weights machine was gone and there was a peloton machine but we don't have an account so nothing to use. The steam room and sauna were also out of action. The shower cubicle leaks onto the floor leaving a puddle to mop up each time you use it. Simple to fix. Only one key for the property that caused some issues with us as a group of 4 sometimes going to different places. You would expect a spare key.

High end apartment, nice furniture and lights. We loved Lisbon. High ceilings. Large living area. Coffee machine . Double glazed so very quiet with windows closed. Location: A few minutes walk to Rossio Train and Metro stations and a couple of trams nearby. Almost flat in the immediate vicinity of the apartment for a walk. Get a €7 24 hour travel pass if you want to explore the trams buses and metro ( not train , that's a different pass) . There are lots of hills and steps in Lisbon. Warning. Google maps often said a "15 minute walk" to a location. Look carefully on the route as often it will have a steps logo !! One journey almost killed us. LoL. Lots of restaurants on the street around the apartment ( most are tourist ones due to the immediate area. We used the Fork app to find good ones ) A couple of Theatres 3 mins walk away. A 5 star hotel opposite (The One) . We just walked in and up the big set of stairs to the bar from ground level. Your experience may vary. Bolt taxi app couldn't find the address. Use the Hard Rock Cafe instead. Our apartment was 2 minutes round the corner. Aldi about a 10 minute walk up the street. There's a nice new Japanese restaurant directly under the apartment, which was good. ( inside only so doesn't create any noise) . Saikai Izakaya. The company manages 200 apartments. They were very responsive by booking.com messages.

If you are two couples they won't give you a spare key making it inconvenient if you want independence. They kept going on about the keys were hard to duplicate from France. ( so what ???? It's a rental business on an expensive apartment !!!! ) It was hard to get the real street address ( i had to message them in the end ) as Booking.com is a generic one thats missing the building number. Caused a lot of stress, especially as Bolt wouldn't then recognise the real address but Uber did. Annoying: Both showers sprayed water onto the floor where it soaked into mat and started smelling. The shower over the bath sprayed on the tiles around the bath then poured on to the floor . LoL. Why can't bathroom builders be practical ? Aircon was just adequate. (We had 32c outside as a heatwave). And you had to have the fan on maximum to make a difference, which was a bit noisy.. I don't know if they limit the cooling to save energy. On cooler nights you could sleep with the windows open i guess as both bedrooms face into a quiet courtyard/ dead end street. It was expensive but we only booked a couple of months in advance.

This apartment is a gem. Very well located, right next to main shopping boulevard (Av da Libertade) in Lisbon and theaters. Elegant decor and well furnished rooms. Beds were comfy.

The shower heads in main bedroom ensuite are hard to work with. Kind of difficult to adjust water tempreture. Also water leaks everywhere during shower. But we get it, it's a bit old design.

Great meet and greet from Frisco - thorough lesson on door codes and what to do and what not to do. Contemporary interiors , both bedrooms have en suite and a great kitchen, living, dining areas. A modern decor, clean lines with luxury feel - great lighting and ornaments -a professional feel . Very central location easy to get around. Nice to come back to in an evening

The stand alone shower leaked out the bottom of the shower door flooding the bathroom The over bath shower thermostats not working well difficult to set and not possible to turn to cold only. Construction work going on in adjacent property - it was noisy from 9am every day. Not much can be done on that I guess Hallway table hadn’t been dusted - everywhere else was clean. The end of holiday was marred by our request to leave the luggage in the apartment for an hour - 90 minute beyond the 11 am check out time. This was aggravated further by getting a message the day before asking if we wanted a late check out and requested this again - but we’re refused again saying contractors/cleaners had already been arranged to come (presumably at check out time) as new guests were coming that day (the property check in time is 1600). However we were picked up for airport at 11.30 and cleaners had not arrived at that point so not sure why it was a hard ‘no’ to a late check out. We were, instead, given a third party luggage storage /delivery service to use but really wouldn’t risk this especially as they are not recommended by the airline.
