The apartment is very tastefully decorated with a lovely spacious feel. Very bright with everything you need.

The location of the apartment, the size and cleanliness were all fantastic. The coffee machine and hot water boiler were really nice and having a dishwasher was so helpful.

Both shower seemed to leak and, while there were plenty of dishes and cookware (which was excellent) there weren’t any hand towels, paper towels or basic cooking necessities like pepper or oil. Local host was not very friendly, discouraging about using the advertised pool and sauna facilities (“you don’t want me to show you that, do you? It’s very dark.”) but he did provide helpful information on how to get to the parking garage and basic information about the apartment itself.

Location, lots of trendy brunch places and restaurants and bars within walking distance and good central location for getting to sights but also nice and quiet

Couldn't get into the room initially due to an issue with the lock which wasn't ideal but the host did sort it out as quickly as possible and was very friendly. Water pressure in unsuited wasn't great and couldn't get the large shower head to work so had to use the small handheld shower head.

Loved the appartment which is in the perfect location. It is spacious, has 2 really comfy double beds and was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Francisco welcomed us at the entrance and explained all we needed to know about the accommodation and gave us a generous amount of info and tips about Lisbon. He recommended that we begin our stay with a 2 hour Tuk Tuk ride around Lisbon to first get acquainted with the city. His excellent contact, Mr Vicente collected us as arranged, he spoke very good english and was an absolutely brilliant, well informed guide and driver. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay in the appartment and rebook Mr Vicente :-)

Swimming pool and sauna are located in an adjoining building which is accessible through the building’s underground car park or by walking outside around the building. Not ideal but do able.

The host Francisco was lovely and went above and beyond to help us upon arrival. Thank you. The apartment style and arrangement was fabulous. Felt like a Paris apartment - its a grand old building restored. Neighborhood convenient to explore from as a base, as its safe and central.

Were disappointed they advertised (and still do) a gym. They apparently had at one time a weights machine, that is visible in the photos, that we were specifically interested in so our teenage son could continue his weight training in the evenings. That equipment doesn't exist. Shower in back bathroom leaks all over the floor.

great location. beautiful, modern apt

- one of the bathroom toilet was not working and it took 3 days to fix. - the apt door cannot be locked from the inside. - the elevator can only be used with a key from the staff. so when we checked out, we have to carry the suitcases from the stairs. - the gym is not in the building, but in a different building complex - the check-in staff was not particularly helpful. it would be nice to offer my older friend a hand. this young man did not offer any help and watched my friend struggled to bring the suitcase up the stairs.

Space of the rooms were good. Kitchen and living rooms were great

Showers and toilets were difficult to operate for cold and hot waters and water was flowing out of shower cubicle on to the dry floor .
