Sweet House and Apartment

The staff was very plesant and welcoming, the location is beautiful (in the middle of the old town) and it was very clean.

Private parking is actually a public parking spot. The apartment was very clean but still had a strange smell in the lower part of the duplex.

Parking was hard for us to find but it was free and only a 2 min walk away

AMAZING place! We stayed in the smaller appartment. The house is very close to the centre of old town, protected free parking nearby (a rare gem in Rovigno), a lovely terrace - we loved jt here. The kitchen is small but very well equipped, the owners are very nice.

I loved everything, but the appt is not suitable for disabled though (stairs inside!).

The location was really perfect for me just on the edge of the old town and within easy walking distance to the sea and the wooded peninsula. It was also very quiet during the night and day and the view from the upstairs balcony was excellent. Also that there’s free parking within a few minutes walking distance was super helpful. And finally the host were very friendly and helpful and always responded promptly to any kind of communication. Mr. Mirko even stopped by with a little present at one point, “thank you!”. The place itself was spotless and felt very homey.

The stairs leading up into the upstairs bedroom and to the balcony (I stayed at the smaller apartment) were a bit too steep for my dog but that matters only to pet owners. And it was no problem carrying her up and down. In the end good exercise ;)
