Quiet but very central to everything the pool was lovely and having aircon was great

Didn’t see any cleaners for the 7nts we were there we thought there was suppose to be a towel and bed change during our stay.

Location, lovely property in an ideal location. Perfect for the beach and close enough to town but still quiet.

The rooms are beginning to look dated But the linens were clean and well cared for

The location, while conveniently near a small beach, was overshadowed by the subpar condition of the accommodation. The room was advertised with a sea view, however the supposed view was fully obstructed by large bushes, negating the sea view I believed we were going to get. The bathroom was excessively small, dated and prone to flooding during showers, necessitating daily mopping (by us) to prevent slipping hazards. It was impossible to sit properly on the toilet, the water temperature was consistently cold in the mornings - forcing us to endure cold showers, and even in the evenings, the water temperature failed to remain warm beyond 19.00. On occasions, the water supply ceased entirely, yet the manager continued to be able to carry on watering the grass. Housekeeping service was disappointing, with towels and bedding not changed in accordance with the property’s advertised “house rules.” Towels smelt like damp/must and typically had other peoples hairs still present. Waste accumulated frequently in the room due to lack of regular housekeeping service, and the toilet paper bin was stinking due to infrequent emptying. The wardrobe’s limited hangers and dirty interior forced us to keep our clothes in suitcases for the duration of our stay. The thin walls allowed for easy transmission of noise from adjacent rooms. The room, marketed as having two single beds, was incorrectly configured as a double. The bed also appeared to have bed bugs on the mattress (encased beneath bottom sheets). The television lacked reception, though the air conditioning functioned well, albeit with a large condensation collection bucket on the balcony that required daily emptying, a task seemingly neglected by the property. A large dog was chained up in dirty ground near the parking area of the property, a sight that was both distressing and cruel; the dog never appeared to move out of this area for walking or exercise.

Review: Not Recommended – Avoid This Hotel Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel — in fact, I would strongly advise against staying here. Our experience started off oddly: we were greeted by an elderly man who seemed to be trimming the grass. He was quite sweet, but he couldn’t speak a word of English and clearly wasn’t part of any formal reception. That’s right — there is no reception at all. We were placed in room #16, where the problems truly began. To be frank, after using the toilet, the flush didn’t work properly, and it took at least 15 minutes of effort just to make sure nothing was left behind. The shower water was ice cold, and it took over 30 minutes to even start to get warm — not exactly a pleasant experience. The next day, we were informed (without much explanation) that there had been a “mistake” and we had to pack up and move to a different room. The only staff member we interacted with was a rather aggressive woman who was far from welcoming. During checkout, she banged on our door and yelled that we were 20 minutes late — not exactly the hospitality you’d hope for. If you're looking for a relaxing, professional, or even just functional stay — this is not the place. If you're in the mood to ruin your vacation, then yes, this hotel is perfect.
