Sadece konum.

Birçok problem var. En önemlisi kaldığımız süre boyunca banyoyu kullanamadık çünkü lavabodan ve duştan akan su banyonun içersindeki giderden geri geliyordu videolarını dahi çektik ve bize tamir edildi demelerine rağmen tamir edilmedi. Bu konuda rezil olduk, sıcakta terledik ve duş alamadık . Asansörü yok. Televizyonu çalışmadı. Mutfaktan sadece sıcak su geliyordu bunu düzelttiler sonradan fakat sadece bu sorun düzeldi. Tabikide ücretini tam ödediğim biryerden resmen yarım hizmet aldığım için ücretimin bir kısmını geri istedim cevap verme tenezzülünde bile bulunmadılar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Duş alsaydık evi su basacaktı.

"Şehrin Tam Merkezin de Eksiksiz Bir Daire"

Eski binada fakat şehrin tam merkezinde, uygun fiyatlı 1+1 ve ayrı ayrı mutfaklı, içinde bütün ihtiyaçları karşılayabilecek, neredeyse bir ailenin yasayabileceği iki odada da kliması bulunan, eksiksiz bir daire. Ayrıca ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi
