Ocean View Luxury Self-Catering

The stay was superb and all was arranged with no difficulty. The staff at reception are customer service centered and go the extra mile to help with a cart, opening door for wheelchair

The property was not even available, I had to arrange for alternate accommodation!!

Location and view

Rooms need ceiling fans. Windows very dirty. Bathrooms are dated. Aircon compressor heats up the balcony and water outlet runs over the floor of the balcony. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Although the apartment was clean enough it is evident cleaning is not done properly. Enclosed toilet with no windows or ventilation is not great. Lounge couches have seen better days.

Location and view is amazing, like most of the sea facing apartments on Beach road. The bedding was clean and very spacious bathrooms. There is also a swimming pool on the ground floor. The security guard at reception is friendly and assisted us promptly.

The kitchen cub boards, utensils and toilets seats were dirty. The drain was clogged in the shower and apartment smelled bad as you entered (suspect might have been a combination of the drain & something previously in the oven).

Location was superb with fantastic ocean views, close to beach and other amenities. The apartment is spacious and was amaizing with all appliances that you would need, balcony was perfect for a sundowner or morning coffee. Secure underground parking also a big plus. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Def a rebook when I come again.👌🏻😁

At the price I would suggest investing in Full DSTV, not all tourists have streaming services....so as a South African visiting from the UK it would be nice to watch some sport etc. Also the washing line was broken and could hardly handle half a load of washing, hanging socks and underware on kitchen cupboard handles was not ideal...lol. A clothes horse or 2 would be a good idea, esp if you have 4/5 people staying there and you don't want them hanging wet clothes on the furniture. The Bed was also a bit to hard for me, possibly a seperate pillow top sheet would be a good idea for those who like something a bit softer.

They need to put soap in the bathrooms and maybe dish washing powder.
