Absolutely amazing place to stay!!!

Location is great, bathrooms are nice and big. Comfortable beds

The place was not cleaned properly. The kitchen stank because the dustbin was not cleaned. There was lots of long black hairs in bunches lying all over the floors. There was also sand in the blankets at the bottom of the beds. We booked this unit because it said it had a washing machine, only to find a hand written note in the washing machine saying that it is not working. Very disappointing that we had to load the electricity coupon ourselves and the owner only gives a very small amount of credits for electricity which means that you cannot use any items that use electricity. There is a definate lack of the proper utensils in a kitchen. The couches are also in a really bad condition.

Security had to call the owner because my booking was not secure,they didn’t know about us.The same Security that was working day shift was telling us on our arrival that they chase away people who are making noise after hours ,they chase you and you won’t get your money back it can be even checking out time , I mean we still have our suitcases in our hands standing in reception that moment.The cleaner knocked on our door around 10 checking out time that we know was 11,the two ladies were ready to change beds while we were still finishing you,they had to wait for us to finish,we finished at 11 and told them to then come in clean.

That it is right on the beach.

This apartment was in a great location for our needs. The views were amazing and the security staff friendly and helpful at all times. There was a problem with the shower draining which was resolved speedily.

The shower in the second bedroom did not drain at all. This was addressed but the floor of the shower was still grimy from the build up caused by the drainage issue. We could not locate an iron in the unit although there was an ironing board. One of the main attractions for us was the availability of a washer and dryer, but the washer was not working, so we had to find a laundry, which was not a problem but not ideal.

The view was fabulous. The bed was firm which was great for us.

The word luxury should be removed from this listing. The towels had the flat no monogrammed on them. . The showers and basins had a smell. The place had clearly been cleaned and was tidy but didn't feel clean if that makes sense. We avoided using any of the appliances for fear of having to top up the electric.sounded like a faf. The water heater turned off every day . The kitchen cloths etc were old and tatty. The sponge was used.. dishsoap was provided clearly watered down in a little bottle with a crusty lid. We tried to talk to the property manager about it but he was clearly defensive and didn't seem willing to take any of it on board. I deffo would not recommend all the places we've stayed at so far on this trip have had liquid hand soap and shower gel available except here at ocean view 203A.The view is the best feature but the windows were murkey from the sea air.
