Nulla non ho mai avuto informazioni per il check in dopo aver pagato ed averli chiamati e contattati per ore Mai risposto al telefono nulla di nulla Ho risolto grazie all’assistenza poiché pagamento senza condizioni di rimborso !!

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment with magnificent views of the lake and the islands. Roomy with lovely furnishings. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. The kitchen seemed to be well-equipped, although I didn't cook anything. Eduard, the host was quite helpful with information about the area. Note that you do need a car to get into Stresa and that there is a gated parking area for your car. There is no grocery store to walk to, but there was a Conad grocery store conveniently located on your way into Stresa. We were pleasantly surprised that this apartment was so nice.

Posizione, pulizia e struttura

Nice quiet location. If you are lucky to get the top of the two rented apartments, you will have a fantastic view. If not, you will still have a good view on the lake, but behind a fence of the driveway. The best views are few meters down the road on the way downtown! The flat is furnished to a high level, and it is super clean.

The host Eduard is not of a friendly type, don’t expect a smile or feeling welcomed. Don’t park in front of the gate upon arrival — the opening gate may hit your car, — at least, it didn’t automatically stop when I was on its way trying to prevent it from hitting my car. It would be nice to have a couple of coffee capsules in the kitchen for the first morning.
