Villa Relax

Beautiful views of Lago Maggiore from every window of our apartment. The accommodation was modern, private with no overlooking apartments, nicely decorated with everything needed for self catering. From the large terrace you can relax whilst following the boats below navigate the lake and of an evening watch the sunset across the distant mountains.

Very little

Property is way off the main road and in a middle of a large construction site with heavy construction machinery and equipments everywhere, which is not mentioned on the site. Literally within few feet from the bathroom window there’s this giant construction site with all the inconveniences that comes with it. Definitely not what you want to see and experience when you’re on vacation. You can not find the place on google maps or Apple Maps or your car’s GPS, at least the last 500 meters or so. I called the owner for assistance and he flatly refused and said it’s my responsibility to find the place. So I asked local people for help and a nice lady helped out. This place is not as big as advertised and has a run down feeling to it and nothing like the photos. Furnitures and everything else are worn out and in need of change. Perhaps posted photos were taken long time ago and definitely photoshopped. As I had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight in Milan, outside was in complete darkness except for a single light above the unit’s door. As for the rest I had to use the flashlight on my phone to find my way downstairs to the car all in the middle of a construction site in total darkness. Owner lives on site and was completely indifferent if not uncaring. A spooky vibe.

Location ideal for a couple, nice balcony with a lovely view, off street parking.

the view was amazing, the rooms were very big with a well-equipped kitchen. The host was very kind and offered to take us downtown since we didn't have a car.

We didn't realize that it was not walkable from the old city, but the host was very kind and drove us there. By car it's just a few min away.

Amazing view, amenities and breakfast, very nice owners. The parking is a big plus.

Everything was great. The location has an amazing view and is very clean. The owner is very friendly and recommended us some excellent restaurants.
