Desperately short of cutlery. Only 2 dessert spoons for essentially a 5 person apartment. The shower thermostat control was exceptionally stiff and stuck on hot. Mould in the shower.

There is no heating, no utensils, and anyone can access it, because they knocked on my door and made a fuss and I didn't know the person

Rooms ok everything we needed could be a lot cleaner stairs was a killer as I have COPD

In great location everything beside you I thought one room had double bed but there was four singles which didn't suit me and my husband
