Great location for the railway station Near to all shops

One bedroom had a generator noise all night Lots of stairs some very narrow with no hand rail.

The location was good but totally not worth it for the state of the accommodation.

The lock was busted, the stairwell was covered in rubbish, handles missing off drawers, no batteries for TV remote control. The toilet had not even been flushed! Did not feel safe staying here at all and had to stay at the Premier Inn instead it was that bad. The communication with the owner was nil and when brought to the attention of Booking.com I was told all I could do was leave a review to warn others. DO NOT BOOK!

"Reasonably priced stay in central location"

Reasonably priced, booked last min and over Christmas. Location great in town centre and close to bars & train station. Host was helpful and available when contacted

Gave me hostel vibes. Oven really small and unable to cook a lot at the same time, only one tray at a time. Had to go up several flights of stairs to get to our apartment, it was hard work with all Christmas stuff, clothes and food shopping. Didn't get a confirmation email with details on how to get in but staff at the cafe were really helpful.

"Terrible service"

This accommodation is unfit to be let for numerous safety and practical reasons. Our stay was a complete disaster from start to finish and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be making a formal complaint to Booking.com in due course and I will also notify Stroud Council of a specific safety issue.
