U Catoiu

Es un lugar con una excelente ubicación, tiene muchos detalles que hacen que tu estancia se sienta muy acogedora , el balcón para tomarte el café en la mañana, probablemente el mejor café de mi vida por el a gustoso que se sentía, ver los barcos pescando pez espada, el agua cristalina y maravillosa, la gaviota esperando que saliera la señora del piso de arriba a darle algo de comer, todo maravilloso incluido el restaurante que está literal a 5 pasos de la puerta del apartamento donde se come muy bien y llegas a dormir en una cama muy cómoda y sintiendo que prácticamente duermes encima del mar, las olas arrullándote toda la noche.Y para terminar FORTUNATA, un encanto de mujer que se preocupó por nosotros y cada detalle para hacer de nuestra estancia sin lugar a duda y eso que viajamos mucho, el mejor lugar donde nos hemos quedado.

シッラのキアナレア地区（漁師町）の真ん中にある宿です。その中でも海に面している宿は非常に少ないのでここに泊まれることは貴重なことだと思います。掲載されている通り、海の上にバルコニーが突き出ているので浮遊感漂う幻想的な時間（特に夜）を過ごすことができ、この景色を味わうことができる幸せを実感できます。目の前では伝統のフェルーカ船（かじき漁）が行き来しているので飽きることがありません。 また、宿の向かいにはワインバーや近くに素敵なレストランも沢山あるので、とても便利です。 何よりも、オーナーの方のホスピタリティーが素晴らしく、私たちの到着をドアの前で待っていて下さったり（オーナーは同じ建物の上に住んでいる）、朝には素晴らしすぎる朝食を準備して下さいました。 最高にお勧めです。

So lovely place! Just like the pictures.The breakfast was really amazing, so much to choose from! Fortunata our host was so kind and did so much for us! Thank you! I can really recomment this to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay. The balcony was a real highlight — sitting out watching the fishing boats come and go was incredibly relaxing and one of our favourite parts of the trip. The property was in a great location, clean, comfortable, and well placed for exploring the area and nearby beaches.

Very little to dislike overall. The only small thing was that there was no light on the balcony, so a portable light and perhaps a charging point out there would have made the evenings even more enjoyable. Otherwise, just a couple of minor touches, but nothing that affected our stay significantly.

It was a very unique property, right on the water, in the old fishing village center, and plenty of restaurants. The host was also very helpful and accommodating. From assisting with parking, supplying recommendations, and great service for breakfast.

From the moment I first discovered “U Catoiu” I was so looking forward to staying here and my expectations of this unique fisherman’s cottage were exceeded. Everything about it is a joy, especially the way Fortunata and her husband have created a unique decor fashioned around the sea and the family’s fishing history. Although just a few steps away from restaurants, the house is very quiet and private. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is well equipped. Then of course there is the balcony that hangs right out over the sea. What a special experience it was to sit out there listening to the gentle waves lapping against the house while watching the fishing boats going back and forth. Fortunata is a wonderful host who is friendly and helpful and was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. She guided us to free parking and gave us helpful information about Scilla and the surrounding area. She also provided a fabulous breakfast each morning. Scilla is a beautiful place to visit and staying at "U Catoiu" is a very special experience. We would highly recommend booking a few nights if you have the opportunity to visit the picturesque and enchanting seaside village of Chianalea di Scilla.
