Hear the trains a bit during the day, but it’s quiet at night, so it’s not a problem. Overall, a pleasant stay

Don't look any further, this is where you have to stay in Sintra. It's perfect location to look around Sintra. Beautiful terrace to enjoy for morning coffee or afternoon wine. Immaculately clean and decorated beautifully with much attention to detail. Welcoming and VERY attentive host. The extra treats of Portuguese wine and sweets were much appreciated. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with beautiful views from the balcony. Antonio the host was very helpful, even waiting for us in the pouring rain to show us where to park. It is located between the old and new parts of Sintra, two minutes walk from the station where there are frequent trains and buses to explore the area. An added bonus was the Indian restaurant next door - one of the best we've ever been to!

The only thing missing was a coffee table by the sofa, so we had to put our drinks on the floor. There are a lot of stairs, and the steps from the flats to the main road get very slippery, so it is not ideal for anyone with reduced mobility.

No air conditioner or ceiling fans

Beautifully decorated, very spacious apartment. Kitchen fully equipped. Within walking distance of both train stations and tourist buses which is a big advantage. Fantastic Indian restaurant close by.

Pillows were more for decoration than comfort. Poor lighting in the lounge area. Noisy neighbours at night from next door. Noise of the trains underground early morning.

The view from the balcony was beautiful and the location was perfect. The host were attentive and helpful. It is obvious that the hosts are proud of their property and take excellent care of it.

The noise of the train was noticeable at night. But I am a light sleeper. It would be helpful if the host left ear plugs for guest with such sensitivities.

Nothing.tge apartment is a beauty

A clean, tidy centrally located property within easy reach of shops, buses and the train station. And you can't beat a property that has a croissant shop directly underneath it! We'll definitely be back.

It's a second floor property without a lift, which could be an issue for some. We had heavy cases but only had to carry them up once.
