This place is absolutely awesome!! I loved the location and the host always answered my questions with great info and the best places to eat all meals of the day!

For the getaway place like Sintra, finding this apartment was a gem. Area is very convenient if not traveling with car. All the main objects within walking distance reach. Well, as always, touristy places will be crowded & tons of transportation services will be offered, but for us main focus was to have hiking experience, some food experience & in general exploration of wonderful area. Small (or maybe not), use public transportation which is cheap comparing to tourist dedicated transportation to reach main points like cabo de roca, cascais or other related places. Of course, some places are not within public transit reach, but for 4-5 days stay, there is plenty to visit, organize etc. it just depends on personal taste.

Newly renovated. Spotlessly clean. Luxurious towels, plenty of toilet paper. Large bathroom and great shower with plenty of hot water. Host were very friendly and always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend a stay here. Owners also operate the tavern next to the apartments so great for breakfast, lunch or dinner . Photos on site are true to the property. Beautiful.

No fault of the hosts, but as a senior I did not anticipate the stairs to the loft. Great for young couples, but I think a hand rail to hold onto would be a greatly added addition the glass panels look cool, but I felt unsafe holding onto them. Again I chose this room so no fault of the hosts just something to be aware of.

The pictures match perfectly, the property was even better than the pictures. Everything we needed was supplied, even the capsules for the coffee machine for the entire stay. The touristic/logistical information messages from Rui were an extra detail that made us feel that they truly cared about our comfort. It really is a local family run property!

We could hear the next door guest on the phone, maybe they were just extremely loud or the walls were thin.

The little details here made all the difference in making us feel like home. Best stay in our Spain/Portugal trip. Excellent shower, luxurious towels, well stocked Kitchen with knives that actually cut really well and tasteful decor made it feel cozy . The fresh pastries and sin were the cherry on top! The communication was quick and thorough. The location is perfect, close to train station. Just book this awesome stay!
