Vila Município, "Urban Chic", Sintra

We have really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The host Rui was very friendly, welcoming, helpful, provided a lot of useful information, was always easy to reach by WhatsApp. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, with very nice design, well equipped kitchen (special thanks for Nespresso coffee machine!😜).

Personal check-in was a bit inconvenient, because it’s very hard to know the time of arrival and you don’t want the host to be waiting for you too long. It would be great to make a deposit box with a key or an electronic lock at the entrance. And it is a limitation for guests who want to arrive after 8 p.m.

Great location and handy to have his Mother’s restaurant next door. It was very clean and modern. The owner was very responsive.

There is some noise from other guests upstairs however no problems after 10.

Lovely decor, extremely clean and comfortable. Location is close to several wonderful restaurants and train station. The host could not have been more kind, charming and accommodating. We are grateful, Rui. Obrigado🙏

This apartment and the hosts were lovely. Spotlessly clean, very comfort beds and linen. Fully equipped kitchen easy to make meals. Great shower! Excellent correspondence with the host and his Mum who was gorgeous (Thankyou for the welcome gift) 😊

Absolutely nothing

Rui the host was exceptional. He was very friendly and gave us lots of information regarding things around the Sintra area. His recommendations made our stay alot easier. It was also very helpful how central the location was with easy access to alot of restaurants and attractions. I would definitely come back.

There was nothing I didn't like

Absolutely beautiful apartment in Sintra. Spotlessly clean, and we were welcomed with a delightful bottle of wine and local pastries. Rui is a wonderful host, with one of the best digital guides to the village, restaurants and tourist attractions we’ve had anywhere! They also own the tavern next door which had amazing coffee and brunch, a perfect start to the day before you explore trek up the castles and palaces. Definitely would stay here again. Sintra is a popular day trip destination, tip - stay here for a few days and enjoy the serenity when the tourists clear out for the day!

Freshly renovated, impeccably clean, and generously provisioned.The apartment is easily accessible by foot with luggage from the train station, in a quiet, peaceful location, but only a short walk to the old town. Check in was personable and friendly and the host was very easy to communicate with. We raised one issue early in our 3 night stay and the host addressed it immediately and very satisfactorily.

Está muy cerca de todo, el anfitrión fue muy atento y nos dió varios tips muy útiles, el lugar es cómodo y acogedor

Nada me pareció mal. Solo notar que es muy difícil estacionar el coche en Sintra
