Vila Município, "Urban Chic", Sintra

Rui was amazing, very communicative and nice. The appartements is beautiful and vey clean. What ever we needed , we were kindly answered. It is located 3 minutes walk from the train station. Parking is available around (just need to put a ticket at 8:00 in the morning (but it is like that in all of Sintra). Highly recommended

Gute Lage beim Rathaus von Sintra. Restaurants, Bäcker, Lebensmittelhändler, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und Quinta da Regaleira in 3 - 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Rui war sehr freundlich und easy in bestem Englisch und er antwortete immer sehr schnell. Er hat uns mit einer Fülle an Informationen versorgt, die umfassend für Sintra und sehr hilfreich waren. Das Apartment ist klasse! Modern, stylish, alles neu, super sauber und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, samt Nespresso-Maschine und Kaffeekapseln. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wat een mooie plek, alles nieuw en brandschoon. Rui heeft via app veel tips gegeven met locaties erbij, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker aan te bevelen !

Location, cleanliness and comfort

This is the cleanest room i have ever seen......even clearner than 5 stars hotel..... Professionally decorated, Nice bed, even sofa bed is high quality.

I wish the host use Self-check in instead. We were driving from the south, 4 hours away without traffic. When we arrived at Lisben area and hit the traffic, i immediately contact our host, and tell him instead of 7:30, we may arrive between 7:40-8:00. We were told by our Host, he will charge additional 30 Euro dollars if we arrive past 8:00pm. At the end, we arrived at 7:40. Also, the unit we booked shows a loft in the pic, can accommodate 4 ppl. But when i asked the host to have the second bedding set, we were told that would subject to additional 30 Euro/day (to his defense, it did mentioned somewhere on the website), i told the host i will buy my own bedding in that case. We sort it out at the end, but just for other people's refernce.

The property is beautiful. We got an apartment with a bed in the loft, it looked exactly like pictures. The place was spotless clean, new, and had everything we needed. The host Rui is very helpful, he contacted me several days in advance and shared a welcome eBook. During our stay he recommended restaurants and attractions nearby and was in touch whenever we had questions. It is clear that Rui loves hosting and takes pride in his properties. A welcome treat was a nice surprise!

I wish there was a view from the window, it was a bit unclear from the photos. Now I understand that the photos of outside picture the apartment, so it’s on me. As I said before, it is a beautiful well kept place, we loved it!

The location perfect, a quiet area but 5 minutes walk from station and bus to attractions up the hill, 5 mins shady walk to town centre with heaps of restaurants, intriguing side lanes and shops. Property was very well equipped and host kindly left a bottle of wine and delicious sweet pastries. Nice shower.

The bed a bit hard for me. Wifi not so strong upstairs in bedroom. I found the stairway a bit scary in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and dont hit your head on the beam when you get out of bed.
