The location of the place was excellent. All the rooms were good, but it was interesting to note that one had an ensuite bathroom but no closet, while the other rooms had a closet but no ensuite bathroom. It felt a bit weird having to step out of the room to use the closet, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

During our stay, we noticed that the red couch was unclean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen table had many scratches and showed signs of wear and tear. One of our group members had trouble unlocking the bathroom door and got stuck inside, it took us half an hour to resolve the issue by jiggling the key and lifting the door. Unfortunately, the ensuite bathroom lacked a functional exhaust and we were forced to open the bedroom windows as a result, leading to a steamy room on a cold night.

Great location near town of Tavira with restaurants and sights in walking distance. Great apartment with plenty of room and facilities.

Toilet roll stands not a good idea- get ones that attach to wall

great location, very clean and well presented, everything that you could need for a short break.

only down side was that they wouldn’t send the access code for the property until the checkin time. we were arriving late from the UK and I was worried about not being able to access the apartment or get hold of anyone when we arrived, but I had to chase several times for them to send the access code before our flight took off. I can appreciate that some people may abuse this if they had the code before check in time, but seeing as we weren’t arriving in Portugal until 11pm it felt like this just created a bit of unnecessary stress. otherwise a great apartment and lovely stay.
