St Julians - Balluta Bay large 3 bedroom apartment

Thos apartment was the worst place I have ever stayed in The building sites on either side made continuous noise from 6am all day When we arrived we noticed rubbish left beneath the stars The apartment smelled of damp and had mould all around the windows The kettle and microwave didn't work We couldn't have a shower for 3 days due to it being blocked As for the building manager, he was so rude it was unbelievable he did not care one bit about any of our complaints. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it was disgusting

There is moisture everywhere. The drain in the shower cabin was blocked, the owner said he would send a repairman, but no one showed up. Later, he stopped responding to messages

The apartment is in St.Julians which is great however it is on the hill so we had to climb the stairs every single day.

The apartment is on the second floor, therte is no lift. So get ready to take all your luggage upstairs by yourself on the arrival and downstairs on the departure. The kitchen is full of cockroaches which I found completely disgusting. We used only one toilet as one was broken with leaking water. I closed it to save the owner's water. So we used the other bathroom. I don't think that the price is resonable.

The apartment is in an excellent position, and for a group of friends, as we came, an excellent ratio of price and quality. The service was very friendly and I would definitely be happy to come to Malta again if you would host me again.

I've been to Malta a few times and this is really a great place. Location is awesome if you like this area (I do). The flat is quite spacious and has all you need .
