St Julians - Balluta Bay large 3 bedroom apartment

Easy to check in. Clean. Good location

I messaged asking for a 2nd set of keys and had no reply. The day we checked out, we found a second set in the mail box for the flat. The mail box was open.

Good value for money, very spacious amd sunny apartment in good location. Peaceful surroundings.

Poor sound isolation, windows in one of the rooms werent closing properly so you could hear loud conversations from surrounding flats.

I like Malta Restaurants were good

The apartment was awful. Bedding smelled it was not fresh bedding. Everything is falling to bits blind broken on windowsill in one bedroom. Curtain pole fell off in another room. Bed in masterbed very rickety. Bathroom was awful flooded everytime we showered.Needs re siliconing. One of the toilets stopped working they fixed it but after one flush broke again they accused me of breaking it on purpose to frame them ?? Bizarre. All we wanted was clean bedding. On third day told to leave apartment by landlord. We didn't as we had no where to go stayed for final night got back to apartment to find no running water no toilet shower etc contacted Mark who said he wud commission plumber the following day. We came home that morning Again accused us of turning water off but said he couldn't prove it We didn't even know where the stopcock was ?? A most unpleasant experience.

No free amenities included Single Beds were uncomfortable

I thought the property could be better stocked with basics. There were five of us staying and there was only two small toilet rolls, there was no coffee, sugar, tea, milk, soap - this would have made for better start. The hosts were very obliging and said they would inform new guests but there is extensive work happening on the building so it was very noisy in the morning and through the day.

Clean, large, well located apartment with air conditioner in every room. Near to a small supermarket and public transport

It was difficult to find the apparent key box upon arrival at night. I would recommend putting an easily discoverable mark on the box

The apartment was large and very well equipped. We were a family group of 5 adults and 2 small children and all 3 bedrooms were a very good size. Kitchen had everything we needed. Good shower. Excellent side street residential location so quiet at night but close enough to the sea front, restaurants and bus stops. Liked the addition of access to Netflix

Would be nice to have a bath. No lift which was a little difficult with 2 small children and someone with mobility issues
